Welcome Back

According to my blog's various hit-counters, many of you stopped reading this blog during the holidays.  Good!  I'm glad you took a break, though I am also glad that you've returned to Crime & Federalism.

I will be blogging less frequently as the bar exam approaches. I'm actually looking forward to studying, since three of the bar subjects are three of my favories areas of law: Constitutional Law, Criminal Law, and Evidence.  I should be primed for trials when I'm done.

But I have invited some wonderful guests, so please continue to visit.  David Giacalone will be a nice break from criminal law for most of you, since he will be blogging about federalism issues that touch antitrust and other regulatory schemes.  Ken Lammers, the first criminal law blogger, has been posting his CrimLaw radio entries - a real pleasure.  I will be sending off more invitations as the exam nears.

If you're interested in making a post or two, email me a proposal.  It would violate my privacy policy to tell you who or how many people read this blog.  Just take my word that you would be blogging for a unique and sophisticated audience.
