Changes

I made some subtle (but necessary) changes.  If you want to know more, read below the fold.

• I changed the right-hand column to a grey.
• You can now subscribe to my blog using Bloglines or FeedBurner.  Click on the icons located in the right column.
  
• I moved the "Categories" section up.  The categories of prior posts are immediately below the Bloglines icon.  I also added some new categories.
• I added and omitted some blogs.  If I omitted your blog from my list, it was accidental.  Email me and I'll fix it.
