Congress Passes, and the President Signs, Laughably Unconstitutional Law

Sean Sirrine has this interesting post discussing a recent federal law that makes it illegal to anonymously send "annoying" e-mails, or to anonymously post "annoying" comments on message boards.  The law is so laughably unconstitutional that I have to wonder why the Supreme Court continues to apply a "presumption of constitutionality" to federal laws.

UPDATE: Yes, using the example of one recent federal law as an argument that the Supreme Court should no longer presume that federal laws are constitutional was, in fact, my attempt at humor.  Thanks for noticing.
