Congrats Norm.
The client is just another example of what happens when a citizens makes a complaint against a police officer, prosecutor, and/or judge.
There are malicious investigations, arrests, and prosecutions.
The New York State Police internal affairs is investigating the CT State Police Internal Affairs at the request of the Police Commissioner.
Is it going to be a rubber stamp on abuse or have too many citizens been retaliated upon as the DCF and State Police being used as the tool?
Connecticut officials are without ethics and oversight.
Norm's case is the exception, too many that are abused and in official's sites, lose, their families lose, and children suffer.
The client has not been able to have a normal relationship with his children, the children has also suffered.
Who will address this injustice and what kind of compensation can be gotten?
