Tom Mighell, a law blogging expert to be sure, claims that "almost 85% [of started law blogs] are still going strong." As much as I hate to disagree with Mr. Mighell, that doesn't seem right to me at all. I'm going to do a random sampling of law blogs to see if that number is accurate. Any ideas on how I can track this number?
UPDATE: Dylan has a helpful idea. Please leave a comment listing any defunct and rarely-updated weblogs. I would say a weblog that is only infrequently updated is not "still going strong."
