Before you leave a comment, consider this: Yes, I realized the the WV Trial Lawyers Association is upset for being (in their view) unfairly criticized. I also realize that they filed a complaint with the FCC, and filing a complaint is different from filing a lawsuit.

Then why put misleading information in the original post?

Personally, I think they'd be better off running humorous ads that mock the 'don't feed the trial lawyer' ads. I mean, how much more slow-moving of a target can you get than an ad clamining Delaware's legal system is the envy of America?

In the interest of improving the public perception of our profession (crocodiles?) I'm willing to throw this website design idea into the public domain.
