It would be interesting to show the video to a group of federal judges and ask how many would grant the cop qualified immunity for his conduct. I suspect a significant number of judges would do so.

Without digging up the prior video, that's the same location as the prior "police encounter" you posted?

I wish the video didn't end right as the officer appeared to be threatening the kid who made the video, although I can understand why the kid would shut the (video phone?) off at that point. The officer appeared to be in the midst of declaring that the video had better not show up on YouTube.
