Does this mean that they will also be enforcing size limits on carry-ons? Because I'm a bit tired of being hit in the head by steamer trunks people struggle to put in and out of the overhead storage.
Between the stupidity of airport baggage screening policies and nickel-and-diming by the airlines, air travel is so much fun these days....
