Eleventh Circuit Issues License to Taze

In Buckley v.Haddock, No. 07-10988 (11th Cir. Sept. 9, 2008) (opinion), a three-judge panel of the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals held that it was not unreasonable for a police officer to taze a motorist three times because he refused to sign a speeding ticket.  Do check out this excellent summary for more details.  (UPDATE: Must-see video here.)
