The Disappearing Male

Scientists are finally starting to realize that xenoestrogens, which I have known about and been avoiding for over a decade, are destroying males.  Way to not like political correctness get into the way of science.

If you're already a male and would like to continue feeling like one, avoid xenoestrogens like the poisons that they are.  (Xenoestrogens are bad for women, too.  They probably cause breast cancer.)  You can't avoid them entirely, but one thing you can do that is huge: Never heat anything in a plastic container.  If you eat Lean Cuisine or other TV dinners, remove the food from the tray and put it into a glass container before heating.  Never wrap anything in plastic wrap, either.

It's also best to avoid mass-produced high-fat meat.  Fats are a storage for xenoestrogens and other environmental toxins.  Interestingly, bird exposed to DDT die during long voyages, because the DDT stored into their fat cells are released when fat is burned for energy.  So if you eat high-fat beef, make sure it's organic or grass-fed.  Otherwise, you're literally eating the same toxins as factory-farmed animals.  (You have seen "Meet Your Meat," I hope.)

It's also good to not get too fat.  If you do get too fat, you'll be storing environmental toxins like the dead birds and sick cows.

There are many other tips.  I only use certain deordorats, and avoid anything with lavender or tea tree oil.  I only allow certain types of candles may be burned in my house.  Cleaning supplies should be of the citrus variety.  A little lemon juice can clean a counter-top.

But if you're microwaving high-fat factory-farmed meat in a plastic dish, there's really no point about worring about the stuff like candles and cleaning supplies.

Better yet, throw away your microwave. Although, I am very curious why you would stay away from lavender and tea tree oil? To my understanding two very important things that are safe??
