Connecticut lawyer Norm Pattis has returned to blogging. He originally blogged at Crime & Federalism. Then we both quit, though I kept paying the light bills (or he did; I can't remember) in case one or both of us returned. For his first return, he blogged at his own site. Then he quit again - deleting his blog and all of its archives. Now he's back again. Read him while he lasts.

Pattis is a great blogger. It's a shame that his post-Crime & Federalism work remains lost. Having recently killed my own site to return to a group blog, I considered taking everything down but decided against it because I didn't want to mar the work of anyone who linked to me with 404 pages.
