Jury Tampering and Double Standards

Members of the Fully Informed Jury Association often hand out pamphlets to persons entering courthouses.  The pamphets inform those entering the courthouse that they have the power to nullify verdicts, that is, to engage in jury nullification.  Sometimes these pamphleteers are prosecuted for jury tampering, and not even the Ninth Circuit will recognize a First Amendment defense.
